Ok, so I own a TWSBI Eco Clear (F) with Pelikan 4001 Black Ink and a TWSBI Eco Blossom Red (EF). They are amazing pens, beyond gorgeous for such a reasonable price of RM127 (approx. US$30). They write very smoothly, and you can’t help but glance at the pen each time you are using it because they look amazing. But I can’t get over my newly acquired Pilot Kakuno (Transparent – EF with Con-40) with Noodler’s Bulletproof Black (Catfish) pigment ink for sketching. There’s a nice scratchy feel when using it on cold press or rough watercolour papers, which is hard to describe unless you try it for yourself. Coupled with the fact that this pen is just RM29.30 (+RM18 for the Con-40) from Pengallery SS2. I now find this pen to be my workhorse sketching pen, over all the UniPins, Sakura Pigma Micros and Artline Fineliners.
At such a low low price, you don’t really have to worry too much about losing this pen, or really putting it to work, or even with clogging issues while using pigment inks.

Recommendation: A resounding yes! So much so that I bought 2 of these pens, and just somehow finding myself itching and looking for excuses to get a couple more for no other reason than the fact that the are amazeballs!
